Turnaround & Minimums

Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days after artwork approval and garment arrival. No minimums required. For larger volumes (e.g., 100+), screen printing may be more cost-effective—we’ll advise the best method for your design and budget.

Artwork & File Types

Best results with 300 DPI PNG (transparent background) or vector art (AI/EPS/PDF) exported at print size. Use sRGB color profile for accurate color. We’ll size your design to fit standard print areas and share a digital proof before production.

Care & Durability

Wash inside-out, cold. Tumble low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Do not iron directly on the print. DTG delivers excellent detail; for heavy-duty uniforms or rough-use garments, screen printing may offer longer life.
