Sublimation
All-over color on performance fabrics—won’t crack or peel.
Sublimation infuses dye directly into polyester fibers for vivid, all-over prints with a zero-ink feel. It’s perfect for performance gear, team uniforms, and high-impact merch where breathability and durability matter. Because the color becomes part of the fabric, it won’t crack or peel—even after heavy wear.
Works best on white or very light polyester garments. For dark garments or cotton, we’ll recommend Screen Printing or DTG instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
Turnaround & Minimums
Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and garment arrival. All-over pieces may require panel or size-set approvals. Minimums vary by garment and panel size; small runs are possible, but sublimation shines when kitting full teams or events.
Artwork & File Types
Vector art preferred (AI/EPS/PDF) or 300 DPI PNG at full print size. Use sRGB color. For all-over prints, include a bleed (at least 0.5–1 in / 1–2.5 cm) beyond the cut lines. Note: Colors can shift slightly across different polyester fabrics; we’ll proof and advise.
Care & Durability
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Do not iron directly on seams or numbers. Sublimated prints won’t crack or peel; they’re ideal for high-wear uniforms and training gear.
Slight white “smile” at folds or heavy seams can occur on all-over pieces. Sublimation requires white/light polyester; for cotton or dark garments, consider Screen Printing or DTG.
