Terms and Conditions
These terms are a simple guide for quote-based custom apparel orders with Dartmar. Final project details may vary by garment, decoration method, artwork, quantity, deadline, and production schedule.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including quantities, garment choices, decoration methods, artwork needs, and timing. Changes to any of those details may change pricing or production timing.
Artwork and customer-provided files
Customers are responsible for providing artwork, logos, names, numbers, and other files they have permission to use. If artwork needs cleanup, redraw, digitizing, or preparation for production, Dartmar will communicate those needs before moving forward when practical.
Proof approval
Custom orders may include a digital or physical proof depending on the project. Please review proofs carefully for spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement, sizing, garment details, and overall layout. Production begins after approval.
Production timing
Production timing begins after order details, artwork, payment requirements, and proofs are approved. Timelines are estimates and can be affected by garment availability, artwork revisions, supplier timing, and order complexity.
Custom order finality
Because custom apparel is made specifically for each order, approved custom work is generally final once production has started. If there is a concern, please contact Dartmar so we can review the project details.
Customer responsibility after approval
After a proof or roster is approved, the customer is responsible for the approved spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and submitted details. Please take time to check everything before approving production.
